上 海 中
挪 海 员 联 合 培 训 中 心
由中挪双方联合成立的上海中挪海员联合培训中心,在我国外交部、外经贸部、交通部和挪威王国政府首相及外交部、经贸部、渔业部等政府部门的大力支持和有效指导下,于1999年9月正式开班。挪威外交部秘书长、挪威驻华大使、挪威驻沪总领事、挪威船东协会董事长和我国驻挪威大使
、国家海事局领导、中国海运集团领导等100多位中外来宾出席了首届三年制高级海员班开学典礼。
上海中挪海员联合培训中心根据《STCW78/95国际公约》要求,采用国际航海教育最新模式开展教学,培养面向欧美国际海员劳务市场的高级海员。中心招生纳入上海海事职业技术学院招生计划,招收应届高中毕业生,学制三年。学校师资力量雄厚,由中挪双方共同派出中、外优秀教师任教,部分专业课由外籍教师或我校教师直接用英语授课。学生毕业后派往挪威等船公司船舶工作。
上海中挪海员联合培训中心目前开设有"海洋船舶驾驶"和"轮机管理"两个专业,培养符合国际海事组织(IMO)制订的《STCW78/95国际公约》要求,掌握现代航海和自动化船舶轮机新技术,具备无限航区大型船舶高级船员适任证书,并具有熟练的外语交流能力和能适应国际市场竞争环境的高级海员。
中心目前仅在湖北、河南、安徽等地招生。欢迎有志于航海事业的应届高中毕业生踊跃报考。

CHINA-NORWAY SEAFARER
JOINT TRAINING CNTER-SHANGHAI
China-Norway Seafarer Joint Training Center-Shanghai, hereinafter
called the Center, Started running in September 1999. We owe every
bit of it to the all-out support and wise guidance given by China's
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation,
Of Communications as well as those given by Norwegian Prime Minister,
the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of Trade and Industry,
and of Fishery.
On the red-letter day when the opening ceremony was held, more
than 100 guests were invited. On the Norwegian side, there were
Secretary general of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador
to China, Consul general to Shanghai, and Director general of NSA.
On the Chinese side, there were our ambassador to Norway, top leaders
from China Maritime Safety Administration and chief executives of
China Shipping.
The
purpose of the center is to train ships' officers in line with the
requirements of STCW-95. New modes of teaching will be used here
to ensure that graduates can satisfy the needs on the European labor
market.
Shanghai Maritime Vocational and Technical College will take care
of selecting new cadets for the Center. The new comers, who must
be graduates from senior high schools, will spend three rears learning
their profession here.
The Center has a strong team of teachers, because only experienced
teachers at home and abroad are asked to give courses here, In addition,
some of the technical courses are taught by foreign guest teachers,
or by our own teachers but in the English language. After graduation,
cadets are assigned to work on board Norwegian ships.
At present there are two departments: Navigation and Marine Engineering.
We aim to train offers in compliance with the requirements of STCW-95,
who shall have a firm grasp of advanced navigation skill or automated
marine engineering, hold certificate of competence to work on ocean-going
ships, have the ability to communicate in English, and be able to
adapt themselves to competitive environment worldwide.
Up to mow, cadets have come from Hubei, Hunan and Anhui Provinces.
It is our hope that graduates from senior high who aspire to embark
on a career as a seafarer can take the Center as your choice and
sign up with us.
